Cancellation policy
At Sonna Mae Heritage, we strive to offer flexibility with our purchase options while ensuring we can plan and prepare our offerings with the care and quality you expect. Below are our cancellation policies for various purchase options:
SMH: At Home, Subscriptions:
- Subscribers may cancel their meal kit subscriptions at any time. However, please notify us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for the next kit.
- To cancel, please contact us at founders@farmfolk.io or manage your subscription settings through your account on our website.
SMH: Chef Series vol2 and other Event Tickets:
- Due to the limited seating and planning required for our events, ticket purchases are final. However, if you're unable to attend an event, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please inform us of any ticket transfers so we can update our guest list accordingly.
- In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule an event, all ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the new date.
Custom Orders and Pre-Orders:
- For custom orders or pre-ordered items, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Due to the nature of these orders, we start the preparation process early to ensure timely delivery.
