Refund policy
At Sonna Mae Heritage, we're dedicated to providing you with quality farm-to-table products and carefully curated merchandise. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so we've outlined our return policy below:
SMH: Outfitter:
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most merchandise, if not all of these products. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at founders@farmfolk.io, and we'll guide you through the process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are committed to a simple, transparent, and seamless return & exchange process including free return shipping and no restocking fees in almost every instance. In the very rare instance that one of our suppliers makes this impossible for us, we will discuss the matter with you during the return process.
SMH: At Home:
- Due to the perishable nature of our meal kits and farm produce, we cannot accept returns. However, if you're not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please reach out to us within 24 hours of pickup, and we'll do our best to make it right.
SMH: Chef Series vol2
- All sales for event tickets, including our Chef Series, are final. If you're unable to attend an event, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please inform us of any ticket transfers so we can update our guest list.
Exceptions:
- Any exceptions to this policy will be noted on the specific product page or in person where applicable
