Class 2: Flowers and Sound Bath

Join us Saturday, October 5 @ 1:00pm!

In this session, Hue will focus on the energy centers using light movement in combination with crystal singing bowls to brighten all of the senses.  Sound therapy is known to reset and bring harmony to the mind body and soul. 
After Yoga everyone will be able to participate in a U-Pick Flower session.  You will have the opportunity to walk the farm and cut stems of your choice to take home. The farmers at Sonna Mae will go over why flowers are such an important part of their practices.
