Class 1: Back To Basics Collaborating with the Moon and Regenerative Agriculture

In this session Hue will focus on collaborating with the moon in both poses and harvesting techniques.  The full moon illuminates, energizes and can bring clarity.  To honor that, we will start movement with moon salutes and will continue class focus on grounding to bring the energy up to all parts of the body.  Through these fluid movements we will release heat that can become excessive from the summer and all the activities that come with it.  This class will bring vitality in the spine and leave you feeling refreshed and clear.
Sonna Mae will then take you on a journey through the gardens and educate you on some basic regenerative agricultural practices that they implement, how they run their farm and why they run it with these specific practices.  Things like companion planting and more specifically, our Three Sisters Gardens will be highlighted.
