Q: Will you be doing produce pick-up this year? A: Yes, we are working out two pick up locations.

Q: What is an annual Arbor Membership? A: The Arbor Membership grants you access to all things Sonna Mae.  You are entering into a risk/reward relationship with your farmers.  You gain priority access to site rental (yes, you can rent the site for your personal use!), you gain access to Our Chef Dinner Series and our Brunch Series, discounts on all produce/floral and many other items in our online store.  You are also supporting local small scale agriculture and helping us to be able to do what we do here!

Q: What safety measures are in place for Chef Series events? A: We strictly adhere to current health guidelines, including outdoor dining, sanitation, and social distancing. Additionally, we require all third parties, like chefs and other vendors, to comply with all guidelines and mandates at local, county, and state levels as applicable. Each brand or personality we partner with is thoroughly vetted to ensure they carry their own insurance policies, and comply with all permits, and licensing requirements as well.

Q: Do you offer international shipping for merchandise? A: Currently, we ship within the U.S. but are exploring international options. 

Q: What is the code of conduct and safety policy for visiting Sonna Mae Heritage? A: Visitors are expected to respect wildlife, follow walking paths, supervise children, keep pets on leashes, and observe a no-smoking policy. Wear appropriate attire for farm conditions. Q: Are there specific safety measures for farm activities? A: Observe all signs and instructions, especially around farm equipment. Use provided tools for "U-Pick" activities safely. Comprehensive safety guidelines are detailed in our full policy, available upon request at founders@farmfolk.io.

Q: What if I cannot attend all 6 Rooted classes? A: If you are unable to make it to a class we can send you the full video recording of the class and at your next attendance you will receive your physicals from the class you missed.

Q: What is your return policy for merchandise and tools from the Outfitter Shop? A: We offer a 30-day return policy on all merchandise and tools, provided items are in their original condition.
